The Zone Diet
Nutrition is the FOUNDATION of a heathy, active lifestyle. One of the nutrition programs that we go over in our Fundamentals Course is THE ZONE DIET. The Zone Diet is a balanced way of eating which means that you focus on consuming 40% Carbs, 30% Protein, & 30% Fat in every meal & snack. This can be a little confusing at first, but you’ll be a veteran macro counter in no time! The coaches are always happy to walk you through this, so don’t hesitate to ask.
