WENDLER STRENGTH PROGRAM

This is a simple, but very effective program that will get you STRONGER!

When you start this program, you will need to find your 1RM on each lift if you do not already know your numbers. The programmed weights are based on the % of your 1RM.

BACKSQUAT: MONDAY
STRICT PRESS: WEDNESDAY
DEADLIFT: FRIDAY

  Week 1 Week 2 Week 3 Week 4
Set 1 65% x 5 70% x 3 75% x 5 40% x 5
Set 2 75% x 5 80% x 3 85% x 3 50% x 5
Set 3 85% x 5+ 90% x 3+ 95% x 1+ 60% x 5
