Although fairly new to CrossFit he has been in fitness as a trainer and National Competitor for the last 25 years. His passion is always been for helping people to improve their fitness and overall quality of life. His goal is to provide great coaches and facility along with a fun and family oriented atmosphere for all the members at RCCF.
